By accessing or using the True Precision Golf website, booking portal, or physical facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Use of the Website
The content on this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
3. User Accounts and Facility Access
To book a simulator bay, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including any facility access codes provided to you. Sharing access codes or allowing unauthorized individuals into the facility under your reservation is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account without a refund.
4. Waitlist & Promotions
Joining our waitlist does not guarantee membership or access to launch promotions. Promotions are subject to availability and specific terms that will be provided at the time of the offer.
5. Facility Rules and Equipment Damage
Users are expected to treat the facility and all simulator equipment with care. By using the facility, you agree to follow all posted rules and guidelines. You are financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to the simulator screens, launch monitors, facility hardware, or property by you or any guests in your party.
6. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
The use of golf simulators involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury from swinging clubs, errant golf balls, or slips and falls. By using the True Precision Golf facilities, you voluntarily assume all associated risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Precision Golf shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained on the premises.
7. Video Surveillance
For the safety of our customers and the security of the premises, True Precision Golf utilizes 24/7 video surveillance. By entering the facility, you consent to being recorded.
8. Intellectual Property
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.
9. Governing Law
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website or our facilities is subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
